Hidden Springs is one of those communities that genuinely feels like a small town tucked into the foothills. Between the farmstead, the trails, the preserved open space, and an active town association, it has a character you don't find in most subdivisions. When I help clients here, I look closely at the neighborhood phase, the home's position on the lot, its access to trails and open space, and the current HSTA documents before we talk about price. I'm happy to walk you through current listings and recent sales in Hidden Springs.
