A week here tends to revolve around the river: the Greenbelt and Ridge to Rivers trails are close by, and Barber Park's river put-in is a short trip across the river. Restaurants and coffee shops sit within the neighborhood, with more mixed-use retail and services planned, and downtown is ten minutes away. Most of the plan is HOA-governed, and a few sections are still finishing construction.
